Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Special Notes on Services

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time when you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared to the full scope of the services covered by the contract.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the provision of services, if the trader has fully performed the service and has only begun to carry out the service after the consumer has given his express consent and has acknowledged that he loses his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
