Packages up to 15 kg are insured up to 500 €, and from 15 kg to 2500 €.
Bulk goods will be charged a supplement of  25.00€.
Payment is made by a method of payment offered on the online order form.
We reserve the right to temporarily switch off individual payment methods for technical reasons.

In advance / PayPal, the goods will be shipped when your payment is received and the order is complete. The payment must be made within 7 days after receipt of order.

When paying by cash on delivery, the goods will be shipped when the order is complete. The fees amount to 7.10 € for packages.Orders sent as letters are excluded from this (shipping as a parcel).

If you order from us within the scope of an order several articles, for which different delivery times apply, the order is completely shipped. Unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time for the order has the largest period of time.

To other countries the delivery time can be between 5 and 30 days after the shipping confirmation. Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may incur import sales tax, additional duties and fees!
